Abstract Submission Guidelines
To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms and deadlines mentioned.
- Papers must not have been presented/published elsewhere.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English using the Online Abstract Submission Form.
- The text must be typewritten in Times New Roman, font size 12.
- Select your preferred mode of presentation (Oral / Poster).
- Abstract texts should have the following structure: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- The abstract may contain up to a maximum of 250 words.
- The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 14 April 2023.
- Once the abstract submission has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct.
- For each abstract, the Registration Fees for the presenting author should be paid as soon as possible.
Oral Presentations
- The allocated time for the presentation is 15 (+5) minutes.
- All presentations should be made in English.
- The allocated time includes time for Q&A.
- Speakers are encouraged to use MS PowerPoint for their presentations.
- Any delay due to device incompatibility or caused by the speaker’s system will be counted towards the presentation time.
Poster Presentations
- All presentations should be made in English.
- The size of the poster must be A1 size:
594cm x 841cm
- The poster should display clearly the following information: the title of the paper, the name of the author(s), email and affiliation.
